Spring Semester 2011: Week 15 - PowerShell II

Hello again! Well this week we're back with even more PowerShell fun. Aaron Nelson returns and this time he's brought friends along in K. Brian Kelley and Grant Fritchey! So far we've seen how to check up on who has access to our servers and checked in with our DBA coach. As we've seen before, PowerShell is a powerful and extremely helpful tool in the data professional's toolkit.

Also, as a reminder, in a few short weeks SQL Rally is coming up in Orlando! If you haven't already, you should register and attend as it will be a fantastic training opportunity. In fact one of our professors this week, Grant Fritchey, will be hosting a pre-con event on Query Performance Tuning! There will also be some other great pre-con events such as the Business Intelligence Workshop being put on by my peers from Pragmatic Works as well! What are you waiting for? Go sign up and I'll see you at the Rally!
