Spring Semester 2011: Week 10 - Storage
Hope everyone had a great Spring Break last week! Well we're back to the
books this week and we have a great topic all DBA's should be intimate with:
storage. We all need it, and many a time it can be the root of many of our
performance issues with SQL Server. This week's professor is storage and
virtualization guru, author, and newly certified Microsoft Certified Master
(MCM) Denny Cherry! He started this week showing us how to [1]expand our
storage needs with minimal downtime. As always Coach LaRock has put up his
weekly lessons on resources to keep an eye on in the storage space. As
always, bookmark and check back in to the main [2]SQL University page to get
all of the lessons.
